Got back in to Marquette around 7:45 this evening. Quick stop for groceries, unload the car at home, then jumped out on the trail to get a quick 2 miler in. I think the days off and the biking helped, because I felt much better today than last week. Sweet! :)
this is why multisport is awesome. running has been giving me slight knee pain lately (i think it's time for new shoes) but it disappears on the bike and the swim.
