I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. Where I know I don't have it but I force it. And I won't give you the cliched "oh, you'll feel so much better afterwords." That's a load of crap most of the time.
But you will look back on this and realize that two miles is two miles. If you didn't do this run, you wouldn't be at 10 for the week...
